She has been involved in risk proofing startup company operations, negotiating foreign direct investment transactions and matters relating to governance in industries including fin-tech, manufacturing, sustainability and hospitality. Prior to joining the firm Tanya was in international development dealing with matters relating to advocacy, government liaison and public diplomacy.
