Dulanga is a Seenior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial and our Banking & Finance practices. Dulanga joined the Firm in 2017 and is an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public.

She has experience in drafting and reviewing documentation for commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, company formation and winding up, foreign investment, tax, regulatory and compliance aspects of doing business in Sri Lanka. Her involvement further extends to representations and negotiations under the appellate procedure for tax matters and corporate secretarial matters. Dulanga regularly advises a diverse range of both domestic and international clients.

She obtained her undergraduate law degree from the University of London and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).

Dulanga previously worked as a Tax Executive for a 'Big Four' accountancy practice.
