Achala Jayawardena is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property practice supervising the work of its patent division. She is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and joined the Firm in 2010.

Current Practice

She is regularly involved in and advises on a range of IP related litigation matters. Achala also has extensive involvement in matters relating to trademarks, patents and industrial designs.

Achala regularly advises clients ranging from multinational companies, pharmaceutical companies, automobile companies, international agents and other local and international companies.
