Abdul joined the Firm in 2017 and is engaged in our Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, and Construction & Project Development practices.

He is actively involved in the full gamut of corporate transactions comprising mergers & acquisitions, asset purchases, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and general advisory matters.

Abdul is exposed to a wide range of financings including corporate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, asset finance, asset-backed finance, project finance, trade finance and credit facilities.

He is also extensively involved in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, for both domestic and international clients, across several industries.

In our Construction & Project Development practice, Abdul is involved in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
